Job summary

TubeScience is seeking a social-first editor for a fully remote LATAM role. You’ll turn ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert, moving fast and testing with real-time data insights.

You will edit ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts, craft strong hooks, and align with strategy to iterate quickly in a global, async environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred).
• Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography).
• Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Build hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly.
• Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback.
• Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality.
