Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Senior Video Editor to create and optimize content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. The role requires collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content tailored for platforms like YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

You will help shape video content strategies for North American universities and campaigns across Latin America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate content.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics.
• Color grading, sound design, and video formatting for platforms.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent English, with ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social, YouTube, and campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color, sound, and transitions.
• Add motion graphics and simple animations.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage video files and assets with version control.
• Review edits and refine content after feedback.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets.
