Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Senior Video Editor for remote work serving North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content across YouTube, social, and paid media.

The role requires staying current with editing techniques, delivering assets on tight timelines, and adapting content for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
• Fluent English with ability to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color grading, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
