Job summary

EY GDS is seeking a Transformation Design & Execution Senior to connect strategy with execution across Cyber, Finance, Risk, and ERP for US clients. You will set up PMOs/TMOs, lead a team, and deliver operating models, governance, and value realization across workstreams.

The role requires 4–7 years of experience with PMO design, governance, and cross-functional delivery, plus strong client-facing and data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Must Haves: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience: 4-7 years delivering large-scale, complex programs in consulting or industry with exposure to Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance, ERP.
• PMO/EPMO/TMO design, setup, and operations; Road-mapping, resource/capacity management, and execution governance.
• Tooling: Planview/Clarity, Jira or Azure DevOps, MS Project; Power BI/Tableau; exposure to ERP/IT governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, establishment, and delivery of PMO/TMO/EPMO infrastructure.
• Define operating models and governance for transformation programs across multiple domains.
• Drive portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, and benefits tracking with RAID.
• Build executive-ready reporting and KPI dashboards for client leadership.
• Embed SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR/CCPA compliance across programs.
