Job summary

EY Transformation Design & Execution (TD&E) Senior role driving large-scale programs across Cyber, Finance, Risk & ERP. You will partner with clients to establish TMO/PMO/EPMO infrastructures, design operating models, and govern portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience delivering large-scale programs in consulting or industry.
• Hands-on exposure to Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance, or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Establish TMO/PMO/EPMO infrastructure to mobilize and manage programs.
• Lead a team to design, establish, and deliver operating models and governance.
• Track performance and value realization across workstreams.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure high-quality client service.
