EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global information security initiatives. You will connect strategy to execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that reduce enterprise risk while enabling business value and resilience.

Responsibilities include governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across Information Security, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and vendors.

Formación

• Proven experience leading complex global information security programs from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of information security technologies and operating environments.
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex global information security programs from initiation to delivery.
• Translate security objectives into execution plans delivering business value.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Drive governance, status reporting and decision making with executives.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and RAID items.
• Identify risks and mitigate across programs and priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and conflict resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of security processes and methods.
• Mentor project team members and promote accountability.
