Job summary

EY is seeking Seniors with expertise in Change Management to join the PC team within EY Global Delivery Services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading global professional services organisation while advancing the PC practice and delivering value for EY’s clients.

You will work on HR Transformation, Digital Strategy and ERP Transformation projects, collaborating across EY global offices to drive business readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation projects.
• Experience driving business readiness and adoption in large transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of change strategy, communication, training design, stakeholder management and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality deliverables through exhaustive reviews and feedback from client and global project counterparts.
• Be recognised as a subject matter expert in HR functional domains.
• Drive effective client communication and build relations across global locations.
• Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance change management.
• Support leadership in growing the practice through collaboration with EY global offices and demand generation for change management projects.
• Build capability in the change management pillar in collaboration with GDS and EY member firms.
