• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and energetic; able to work in a team.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Background in law firms or legal support teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of lending and trade finance transactions.
• Manage the deal closing process and conditions precedent checks.
• Coordinate with clients, their legal counsel, facility agents, and internal stakeholders to support documentation and execution.
• Operate within internal controls framework; coordinate approvals for deviations.
• Provide support to bankers and stakeholders with clear communication and problem resolution.
• Support wider projects and process optimization opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements; participate in training.
