• 9 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in .NET stack, SQL Server, and frontend web tech.
• Experience with Azure and OpenAI is highly desirable.

• Develop robust, high-performance enterprise software.
• Conduct code reviews and provide effort estimates.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Mentor and supervise technical deliverables across projects.
• Evaluate and propose cost-effective technical solutions.
• Support onboarding of new technical resources and maintain quality delivery.
• Translate designs into detailed design and build artifacts.
