Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Clear status updates and escalation materials for executives.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global information security programs from initiation to delivery.
• Translate security objectives into clear execution plans with measurable benefits.
• Coordinate dispersed teams across multiple functions and geographies.
• Drive governance, reporting, issue escalation and executive decision making.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, dependencies and RAID items.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans across programs and priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and conflicts resolution.
• Support improvements to processes, governance practices and delivery models.
• Mentor project team members and foster accountability and collaboration.
