Hitachi Energy Peru S.A. is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead the execution of medium-sized projects in Peru. You will ensure alignment with policy, contracts, quality, HSE requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

You will drive project planning, allocate resources, manage risks, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet milestones. A background in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering and 10+ years of PM experience are

Formación

Preferred education in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in Project Management.

Responsabilidades

Lead the execution of medium-sized projects and ensure compliance with Hitachi policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
Define project guidelines, allocate tasks, and monitor internal/external resources to accomplish milestones and provide performance feedback.
Plan and schedule with the Project Controls department, including scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management.
Monitor project progress, control costs and cash flow, and oversee invoicing and contract close-out.
Coordinate with Supply Chain Management for procurement and vendor negotiations, and manage contracts and claims.
