Sezzle is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the core banking platform—ledger, accounts, and money movement—driving end-to-end product lifecycle. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Risk to deliver a scalable financial platform.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years building financial infrastructure, strong SQL skills, and proven ability to navigate regulatory and vendor decisions with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of product experience with financial infrastructure.
• Deep ownership of ledger, payments, or deposits platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the banking platform roadmap end-to-end, including ledger, accounts, and money movement.
• Evaluate core banking platforms, vendors, and cost/time-to-market tradeoffs.
• Define account hierarchies, sub-ledgers, and general ledger integration.
• Specify money movement requirements: transfers, ACH, card issuing, settlement.
• Ensure auditable systems with reporting, reconciliation, and controls.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Treasury to meet regulatory needs.
