Sezzle is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to own the merchant relationship from first sales conversation through live integration and beyond. You’ll focus on enterprise and strategic merchants, guiding complex, custom integrations across web, mobile app, and in-store channels.

Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope needs, design API/SDK-based solutions, and drive launches. You’ll balance technical credibility with business context in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role.

Formación

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android.
• Experience supporting enterprise merchants with complex integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with major e‑commerce platforms and payment method integrations.
• Understanding of cart/checkout/payment flows.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce docs and proposals.
• Comfort managing several merchant integrations simultaneously.
• Ability to read code in at least one language to debug implementations.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work for research and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants and map to Sezzle integration paths.
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant stakeholders.
• Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and platform plugins.
• Write technical proposals and complete RFP and security questionnaire responses.
• Support merchant mobile app integrations including SDK implementation and in‑app checkout.
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch.
• Troubleshoot live integration issues with Support and Engineering.
• Translate merchant needs into product feedback and drive fixes.
• Build and maintain integration documentation and runbooks.
• Act as trusted technical advisor after launch.
