This role requires a bachelor's in engineering or computer science, along with over four years of relevant experience, particularly in understanding APIs and customer service. Dlocal offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative work environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in dealing with customers from a technical approach.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-quality technical service during the onboarding of customers.
• Acquire excellent product and technical knowledge to guarantee customer quality.
• Analyze prospects' business and technical requirements.

Conocimientos

Experience in working and understanding APIs

Fluent written and spoken English

Knowledge of SQL

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in payments
