Job summary

Assurant is seeking an experienced Talent Intelligence professional to shape executive talent attraction through data-driven insights and strategic workforce planning. You will partner with Executive Recruiting, HR, and business leaders to identify opportunities, analyze labor market dynamics, and strengthen the employer value proposition on a global scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in market research, talent intelligence, or workforce analytics supporting Talent Acquisition.
Experience using labor market intelligence platforms and research databases.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and data visualization skills.
Experience researching using multiple methodologies and data sources.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on labor market trends, talent availability, competitor activity, and workforce demographics to support executive recruiting strategies.
Develop talent maps across targeted industries, functions, geographies, and leadership job families.
Analyze competitor structures, leadership movements, succession landscapes, and reporting relationships.
Partner with Executive Recruiting to build and maintain pipelines of external executive talent.
Create market intelligence reports, candidate briefs, benchmarking analyses, and visual presentations.
Provide strategic insights and market context to support candidate calibration and workforce decisions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employer Branding, and HR on strategic initiatives and projects.
