Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project management with responsibility for schedule, cost and team output.
• Experience managing engineers or technical personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership audiences.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with self-created structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of core mission systems and subsystems.
• Engage in hands-on technical work: architecture, analysis, design reviews, trade studies.
• Decompose requirements, manage interfaces, and plan verification/validation.
