Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

You will coordinate engineering and product teams, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders, while applying standardized project management frameworks. This is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or project management for technical delivery.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical programs by defining project scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate across engineering and product teams to manage inter-team collaboration and track complex dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and blockers to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet organizational goals.
• Communicate program progress and technical requirements effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
