Clear Labs in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Systems Integration Lead to bridge assay science and automation engineering. You will redesign benchtop assays for automation, qualify labware, and define acceptance/verification protocols for the production-ready process, including integrating sequencing into automated oncology workflows.

You will collaborate with Regulatory and Quality to validate changes for an FDA-cleared diagnostics environment and drive vendor assessments for sequencing platforms

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on process/automation engineering or systems integration in a regulated diagnostics or medical device environment.
• Experience translating bench protocols to automated, production-grade processes.
• Familiarity with FDA design controls and 510(k) considerations for system/workflow/labware changes.
• Experience in oncology diagnostics is strongly preferred.
