Clear Labs is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support robotic systems at HQ and client sites across the West Coast. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-site troubleshooting to ensure uptime. The role requires hands-on biotech/robotics experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Hands-on field service experience in biotech/robotics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics and robotics.
• Experience servicing Hamilton liquid handlers; service training a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilidades

• Support robotic systems at HQ and customer sites on the West Coast.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Document service visits and write detailed reports.
• Provide feedback to improve system reliability.
• Assist on special projects across departments.
• Support Client Care to maximize equipment uptime.
• Assist with logistics to ensure timely shipments.
• Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
