Clear Labs seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to support robotic systems at our HQ and customer sites worldwide. You will perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs while training customers and ensuring strong system uptime.

Ideal candidates have hands-on field service in biotech/ life sciences or robotics, strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and comfort with travel (25%–75%). CL offers a comprehensive benefits package and stock options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred.
• Hands-on field service experience preferably in biotech/life science/robotics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electronics, electromechanical systems, robotics, liquid handlers, computers and networking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations.
• Knowledge of technical support activities to achieve a world-class customer experience.
• Excel is a must for this role.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull ~80 lbs on occasion.
• After-hours on-call support may be required on a rotating basis.

Responsabilidades

• Support all robotic systems at CL HQ and at customer sites globally.
• Installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Train customers on basic system maintenance and usage.
• Communicate with customers to instill confidence in CL teams.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve reliability and performance.
• Support Field Applications to maximize uptime and responsiveness.
• Assist with CL Quality process improvements.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory to minimize scrap and maximize uptime.
• Learn new systems and processes as needed to drive project success.
• Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
