Command|Link is seeking a Senior Go Backend Engineer to own platform delivery, decompose a PHP monolith into Go microservices, and scale distributed systems. You will build scalable Go services, API gateways with auth boundaries, and evolve data pipelines using Kafka, Temporal, and OpenSearch. Strong backing by Terraform and cloud experience is required.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level Go with concurrency patterns and idiomatic usage.
• Experience decomposing a PHP monolith or similar legacy systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and OpenSearch usage.
• Experience with Kafka or equivalent event streaming and Temporal workflows.
• Graph data experience with Memgraph or similar.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong networking fundamentals and cloud (AWS/Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Lead decomposition of monoliths into Go microservices and define service boundaries.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Go services and API gateways with clear boundaries.
• Lead architectural discussions balancing speed and long-term maintainability.
• Evolve data infrastructure: Kafka pipelines, Temporal workflows, OpenSearch, graph modeling.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, telemetry, and network infrastructure.
• Support Terraform-managed cloud infrastructure and enforce security standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD and code reviews, mentor engineers.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability issues before customer impact.
