Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with Laravel and PHP in core backends.
• Experience rewriting monolithic logic into Go microservices.
• Ability to scale backend infra for high-traffic launches.
• On-call rotation duties with tight SLAs (e.g., 15 minutes).
• Nice-to-have: payments/fraud/enhanced security pipelines.
• Nice-to-have: frontend/mobile stacks (Next.js/React Native).
• Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor.

Responsibilities
