Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a globally distributed team. You will build and operate scalable, fault-tolerant cloud and data-center systems using Azure and a mix of on-premises environments.

You’ll drive reliability, performance, and automation across the service portfolio and play a key role in capacity planning and incident reviews. You’ll collaborate with developers to push for changes that improve reliability and velocity, publish robust monitoring, and

Formación

• Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, and other clouds.
• Proficient in Kubernetes and Terraform; Chef experience is a plus.
• Strong background in software development and site reliability engineering.
• Unix/Linux administration familiarity and system internals understanding.
• CI/CD, release orchestration, and VM configuration management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve the whole lifecycle of services.
• Establish and improve monitoring capabilities to reduce outage frequency and duration.
• Create sustainable systems through automation and uplifts.
• Develop and scale systems sustainably through automation and changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Lead designs of major software components to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
• Analyze and support services before they go live via system design consulting, software platforms, and capacity planning.
• Conduct post-incident analysis and reviews with a culture of continuous improvement.
