AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain operational resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 setting. You will lead major incidents, own remediation, and build runbooks and playbooks to guide response, while engineering security baselines with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CNAPP/CSPM tools like Wiz, and ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and SOC2 requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with DevOps/SRE in a multi-cloud environment.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD orchestration, and scripting.
• Incident-command experience in a 24x7 production setting.
• Experience deploying and tuning CNAPP/CSPM platforms (prefer Wiz).
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS and SOC2 controls.

Responsabilidades

• Scale and maintain operational stability across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Engineer IaC-based security baselines and misconfiguration prevention.
• Design and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for ingestion/deployment.
• Act on alerts with CSPM tools to secure workloads.
• Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents in real time.
• Own post-incident remediation and drive systemic improvements.
• Draft incident notifications to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop and socialize incident-management playbooks and escalation paths
