Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure experience to operate, scale, and improve reliability of our cloud-based services.
You will anchor an SRE team, embedding reliability into the software lifecycle and mentoring the team across mission-critical workloads. You will partner with software eng, product, security, and operations to drive observability, incident response, and continuous improvement, while shaping standards for Azure operations
Formación
- 7+ years in site reliability with ownership of mission-critical services.
- Deep Azure experience including Azure Monitor, AKS, and cloud-native operations.
- Proven track record designing and rolling out an SLO program with SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Observability tools experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
Responsabilidades
- Define, implement, and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical applications and platform services.
- Partner with application teams to improve service reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Identify and eliminate recurring reliability issues through root-cause analysis and automation.
- Help design systems resilient to Azure region/zone failures and participate in production readiness reviews.
