The role requires hands-on SRE leadership, strong incident management experience, and the ability to drive self-healing automation and reliable on-call practices across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE with production ownership and reliability focus.
• Strong incident management with postmortems and severity classification.
• Practical observability across logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Define reliability strategy for the NewLeaf platform.
• Own incident detection, triage, escalation, and post-incident follow-through.
• Build operational dashboards showing service health and reliability trends.
• Design self-healing and auto-remediation workflows.
• Create and maintain runbooks and reliability playbooks.
• Support sustainable on-call rotation and incident readiness.
• Drive RCAs and convert issues into permanent fixes or automation.
• Partner with engineering teams to reduce cross-boundary risk.
