AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments, including automation, tooling, and incident management. You will manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build automation to reduce manual effort.

The role requires 4+ years of Kubernetes production experience, strong Linux skills, and familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex systems from app to infra.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks and documentation.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand.
