AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes) to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You will focus on automation, tooling, and incident management to ensure stability and scale.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production, strong Linux skills, and hands-on cloud experience with Azure or AWS. CI/CD and IaC skills are a plus, with a flexible remote/onsite work option.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
• Ability to debug complex systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents from end-to-end including post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand.
