AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. The role emphasizes automation, incident management, and onboarding new clients to the platform.

You will work with observability tooling, perform end-to-end incident response, and contribute to capacity planning and platform improvements, with flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux/CLI fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Use observability tooling to keep alerts actionable and document runbooks.
• Handle end-to-end incidents including RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard new clients to the platform and support their needs.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work.
