AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will work on automation, tooling, incident management, and observability to keep services resilient.

The role emphasizes hands-on production kubernetes experience, strong Linux fundamentals, and cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS). Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure or AWS).

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across clouds.
• Implement observability with Grafana/Prometheus and keep runbooks up to date.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including RCAs and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard new clients and build automation to reduce manual work.
• Identify process improvements and support upgrades.
• Ensure capacity scales with demand.
