Join a remote-first, office-friendly team of 200+ experts with over 20 years of experience delivering quality and impact. You will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and help shape our data platform for scale.

Formación

• 5+ years in data engineering with 2–3+ years Snowflake development.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations and performance tuning.
• Hands-on Snowflake features: Warehouses, RBAC, Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, external stages, data sharing.
• ETL/ELT tooling experience: dbt, Airflow, ADF, AWS Glue, Matillion, etc.
• Data modeling for analytics and operational systems (star/snowflake, Data Vault).
• Data quality, governance, and lifecycle management understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformations with Snowflake.
• Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and UDFs.
• Implement data ingestion from APIs, files, SaaS, and cloud storage.
• Model data (3NF, Data Vault, Dimensional) for analytics and reporting.
• Optimize Snowflake compute, warehouses, caching, and cost-performance.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, and reliability across pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD for data development with testing and safe deployment.
• Collaborate with TPMs and stakeholders to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Work with engineers, analysts, and product teams to deliver data solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and coding standards across the data engineering function.
