Job summary

ELEKS is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to join our team in Argentina for a high-visibility PoC with a US healthcare client. You will configure Change and Release Management apps, and build REST API-based integrations with Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, shaping the workflow into practical platform configurations while delivering a scalable, high-quality solution in a fast-moving PoC environment.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience.
• Strong experience with Change Management and Release Management modules.
• Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools using REST API integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow's workflow engine and data model.
• Experience translating real workflows into platform configuration with stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow's Change Management and Release Management apps from the ground up for the POC.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client's CI/CD toolchain.
• Work directly with the client's Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around their real workflows.
• Deliver a working POC with recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to produce a high-quality, extensible solution.

Requirements

Solid hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules; exposure to Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release apps specifically is a strong plus Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps) — REST API integrations, webhooks, workflow orchestration Solid understanding of ServiceNow's workflow engine and data model Experience working directly with client/business stakeholders to translate real workflows into platform configuration Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch POC environment rather than a maintenance/BAU setup Healthcare or other regulated-industry ServiceNow experience is a plus Upper-Intermediate English
