ELEKS is seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Platform/Backend Engineer in Argentina to join a critical initiative for a major US healthcare client. This role focuses on backend architecture, workflow engine internals, and performance optimization at scale.

You will diagnose slowdowns, design data archiving strategies, and support migrations from Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud into Adobe Campaign, operating at schema and engine level rather than UI.

Formación

• Deep Adobe Campaign backend experience required.
• Strong SQL performance tuning and indexing.
• Experience with large historical data archiving.
• ESP migration from Marketo/SFMC to Adobe Campaign.
• Familiar with nms: recipient and xtk: schema.

Responsabilidades

• Performance tuning — diagnose and resolve slowdowns in a large Adobe Campaign instance.
• Data archiving & purging — design and execute cleanup of 10+ years of data without disrupting live operations.
• Migration support — assist in migrating campaigns and data from Marketo into Adobe Campaign as part of platform consolidation.
• Work at the schema and workflow-engine level, not the UI/campaign-builder level.

ABOUT PROJECT

We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Platform/Backend Engineer to join a critical initiative for a major US healthcare client. This is not a campaign configuration or business user role — we need someone who lives in the backend: database architecture, workflow engine internals, and performance optimization at scale.

REQUIREMENTS

• Deep Adobe Campaign backend/platform experience — database structure, workflow engine internals, performance tuning (explicitly NOT an admin/UI-only background)
• Strong SQL performance tuning — indexing strategy, query optimization, execution plan analysis
• Data archiving/purging at scale — proven experience managing large historical datasets in a live system
• ESP migration experience — has previously moved campaigns/data from another platform (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) into Adobe Campaign
• Comfortable working directly with schema-level objects (e.g., nms: recipient, xtk: schema) and raw/PL-SQL

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance tuning — Diagnose and resolve slowdowns across a large, mature Adobe Campaign instance currently struggling under production load
• Data archiving & purging — Design and execute strategies to clean up 10+ years of accumulated data without disrupting live operations
• Migration support — Support the technical migration of campaigns and data from Marketo into Adobe Campaign as part of a broader platform consolidation
• Work at the schema and workflow-engine level, not the UI/campaign-builder level
