EY is seeking a Senior Information Security Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Security Program. You will ensure security requirements are captured, documented, communicated, and managed, partnering with stakeholders and Information Security Services to evaluate needs and propose solutions.

The role drives business process improvement through thorough analysis, documentation, and risk‑mitigation insights while collaborating with diverse teams across geographies.

Formación

• Fluently communicate in English with executives, sponsors and project teams.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams, cultures and geographies.
• Experience documenting business, user, and non‑functional requirements.
• Proficient in elicitation techniques and requirements management.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and security requirements for complex projects within the Enterprise Security Program.
• Collaborate with business, security, technical, and project management stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and aligned with objectives.
• Partner with Security QA to validate solutions against documented requirements.
• Trace requirements to code, policies, or test cases and ensure test coverage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA processes and tools in security domain.
