Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement the firm’s long-term security strategy. You will work with the Global Lead for Information Security Strategy to ensure security initiatives protect assets and enable business objectives.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, monitor threats, and drive innovative security programs that align with EY’s global strategy and operations, guiding executive decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy development or business process improvement with extensive Information Security/IT background.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; equivalent combination with experience considered.
• Strong program leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate changes in services, technologies and client requirements.
• Align security goals with corporate strategy and drive risk reduction across the organization.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and agility.
• Monitor emerging security technologies and threat landscapes to adapt strategy.
• Plan innovative security initiatives with solid business cases and investments.
• Engage with security, enterprise technology, and client technology teams early in projects.
• Prepare high-level analyses and roadmaps for executive leadership.
