Qualifications

• In-depth SAP Employee Central and ONB 2.0 configuration, design and data replication.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations in unionized environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants across project lifecycles.
• Serve as primary contact for Employee Central projects from discovery to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, QA resources and Support Team to ensure on-time delivery.
