Job summary

IQVIA in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to oversee the global monitoring activities across studies, lead the Central Monitoring team, and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance. You will partner with project and clinical leads, manage resources, drive analytics, RBM tools, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality study oversight from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong output quality.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop analytics strategy and advanced analytics for study monitoring.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers and thresholds.
