Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a remote, full-time role. You will lead the centralized monitoring team, oversee clinical deliverables, and serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead on global studies.

Strong English and regulatory knowledge are required, with experience managing project resources and analytics development. The position reports to the Clinical Operations framework and involves collaboration across multiple countries in LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and supervise clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies including regulatory aspects.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and during project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/Central Monitors/Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; support analytics development.
• Monitor study/site metrics and drive action plans for improvements.
• Attend study teams and client meetings and communicate findings.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness for audits.
