Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. We are delivering a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rapid Assessment to establish a roadmap for a successful MVP launch within the MedTech domain.

You will lead architecture, oversee two junior developers, and coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while complying with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on, relevant experience in a similar role.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Oversee and support two junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery of development tasks.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.
• Facilitate regular communication with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations and project progress.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain solution stability and performance.
• Drive rapid MVP delivery by managing priorities, mitigating risks, and adapting to changing project needs.
• Document technical solutions, workflows, and integration points to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Demonstrate working English fluency (B2 level or higher) to understand business requirements and translate them into agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Apply proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization, and integration across complex enterprise environments.
• Lead and mentor junior developers while overseeing development workflows and maintaining code quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, managing client communications effectively throughout the process.
• Maintain a detail-oriented focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions despite tight deadlines and shifting requirements.
• Make proactive decisions with strong maturity, independently prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent tasks.
• Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized cross-functional team of 6-10 members, coordinating closely with third-party vendors.
• Apply familiarity with MedTech or other regulated industries, understanding relevant compliance and data sensitivity considerations.
