Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced marketing automation solutions. You will drive technical excellence and mentor engineering talent within a dynamic-marketing technology environment.

You will craft end-to-end SFMC implementations, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CloudPages, MCC integrations, and data extensions to sync with enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on software development, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineering.
Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Extensive experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, and related SFMC modules.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize advanced SFMC marketing automation solutions.
Develop multi-channel campaigns using SFMC components.
Configure Marketing Cloud Connect and build API-driven integrations.
Mentor mid-level/junior engineers and drive code reviews and best practices.
