Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to deliver a maintainable, scalable MC Advanced platform for MedTech clients. You will lead two junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

You will ensure code quality through reviews and testing, manage client communications, and drive MVP delivery under tight timelines. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in a similar Salesforce Marketing Cloud role.
• Lead the design, development and deployment of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform per client needs.
• Oversee two junior developers and ensure timely delivery of tasks with best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise systems to enable data flow and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture for large-scale deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and manage development workflows and code quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Document technical solutions, workflows, and integration points for maintenance and future enhancements.
