AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will implement Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management, building scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components while preserving Aura and Visualforce components.
You will integrate third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and work in US Central Time with a hands-on
Formación
- 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
- Proficient in Apex with triggers, controllers and test classes.
- Hands-on Lightning development with LWC; knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience in Service Cloud and Omni-Channel functionality.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based web services.
- Experience maintaining Aura and Visualforce components; Git-based CI/CD.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Omni-Channel routing and presence management.
- Build scalable apps using Apex and Lightning (LWC) while maintaining Aura/Visualforce components.
