AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing and presence management for an enterprise Salesforce environment.

You will craft scalable apps with Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura/Visualforce components, and integrate with telephony/CTI and external SaaS via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs. The role requires hands-on CI/CD experience, strong Service Cloud and LWC expertise, and operates

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Proficient in Apex including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development with strong hands-on LWC experience; SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience building solutions within Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce dev environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based web services.
• Hands-on experience with Aura and Visualforce and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintaining Aura/Visualforce as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs.
