AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will implement Omni-Channel routing, capacity and presence management, building with Apex and Lightning Web Components, and integrating with telephony/CTI and external SaaS via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

The role requires hands-on CI/CD and deployment experience, strong Service Cloud and LWC expertise, and an upper-intermediate English level.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST, Bulk or Metadata APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), maintain Aura/Visualforce as needed.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and AppExchange integrations.
