AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to enhance Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management for enterprise environments.

You will build scalable applications with Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura and Visualforce components, and integrate with third-party systems via REST/Bulk/Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI. The role operates with CI/CD processes and requires hands-on Salesforce expertise.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce app development experience.
• Apex: triggers, controllers, and tests.
• Strong Lightning development with LWC; SOQL/SOSL.
• Service Cloud experience.
• Omni-Channel functionality knowledge.
• Custom objects and Salesforce development environment exposure.
• REST-based integrations with third-party systems.
• Aura and/or Visualforce maintenance/updates.
• Git and Salesforce CI/CD/deployment/migration experience.

Responsabilidades
