AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and optimize Service Cloud solutions for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You’ll implement Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management, build scalable apps with Apex and Lightning Web Components, and integrate with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

The role requires hands-on CI/CD and deployment experience, plus strong Service Cloud and LWC expertise, in a US Central Time aligned workflow

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning, with LWC as the primary framework, and maintain Aura/Visualforce components as needed.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and AppExchange integrations.
