IQVIA is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems and CRM operations in a remote, SaaS environment. You will audit and optimize CRM data, define business rules, and coordinate changes across billing, CPQ, and ticketing.

Strong SQL and Power BI skills are required, with 4–6 years in CRM roles and English communication. You will work with cross-functional teams, documenting processes and governance to ensure reliable service delivery and client

Qualificações

4–6 years hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/D365).
Led CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integrations).
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
