Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a remote basis. The role involves auditing CRM and revenue platforms, resolving data issues, and documenting system changes.

You will work to optimize CRM, CPQ and related tools, ensuring governance and data quality across integrated systems. The position requires 1–3 years in CRM administration, strong SQL Server and Power BI skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 1–3 years relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server: modeling, tabular cubes, and ETLs.
• Advanced Power BI knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
• Understanding of business processes and their impact on decisions.
• Familiarity with consulting methods and industry trends.
• Knowledge of the market and industry players.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements and problem areas.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
• Perform basic quantitative or qualitative analyses for BI problems.
• Develop database models and tabular cubes connecting to Power BI dashboards.
• Build foundational knowledge of IQVIA services and consulting methodologies.
• Understand project roles and governance under Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.
