IQVIA is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. This remote, full-time role requires 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, with strong SQL and Power BI skills and excellent English communication.

You will audit, reconcile, and document system changes, analyze policy conflicts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive governance and scalable CRM

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of CRM fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with revenue systems such as billing, CPQ, or ticketing; cross-system data reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess CRM changes' impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
