Job summary

AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to enhance how Salesforce supports sales and marketing operations for an account-based initiative. You will blend hands-on configuration with design, data quality, automation, reporting, and lifecycle visibility.

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow and Campaigns, document processes, and ensure reliable, auditable changes across the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation.
• Experience with Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow automation.
• Experience with data imports, matching, deduplication, account hierarchies, and data-quality management.
• Experience configuring fields, routing rules, Lead and Opportunity processes, and stage tracking.
• Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Experience testing Salesforce changes in a sandbox and supporting UAT and deployment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce configuration.
• Ability to recommend solutions rather than simply implement predefined requests.
• Ability to identify how proposed Salesforce changes may impact other areas of the platform.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
